Inland Housing is being created to open the door to home ownership in regional NSW sooner, with simple, low‑cost housing options that are rare in today’s market.

Our aim is to deliver a complete studio home package — including a backyard — that you may be able to finance with repayments lower than your current rent.

If you're eligible, the support of government incentives such as the $10,000 First Home Owner (New Homes) Grant and the Australian Government 5% Deposit Scheme could make this possible with only limited savings.

Our initial focus is the Narrabri and Moree Plains Local Government Areas and we are working with these Councils to approve options that keep costs down without sacrificing utility.

We are also working closely with industry partners to finalise a compact transportable studio design that can be readily approved and installed using straightforward, cost‑effective construction methods.

All engineering design and Council approvals are included, and we also offer construction services if required.
